The aim of this workshop is to discuss resilience as an essential skill for leading a successful life despite challenges, particularly those faced by French-speaking immigrant parents in Ontario. This skill is fundamental to overcoming obstacles of all kinds, supporting one's family and integrating positively into a society undergoing profound change. Resilient leadership is the ability to navigate, embrace adversity and then bounce back, making it an ally in personal, professional, social and family growth.
